Welcome to Tempo4D. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player", "you") and Tempo4D ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Tempo4D website located at https://tempo4d.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.
Tempo4D operates an online gaming and sports betting platform providing services including but not limited to online slot games, live casino games, sports betting (including live football and Liga Super Malaysia markets), 4D lottery games, and arcade games. All services are provided exclusively to users who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.
By accessing the Tempo4D website, creating a member account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

| KYC | Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring Members to submit valid identification documents (e.g., MyKad, passport) prior to first withdrawal. |
| Prohibited Jurisdiction | Any territory where access to or use of online gaming platforms is expressly prohibited under applicable local law. |

To register and maintain an active account on Tempo4D, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria listed above. Provision of false or misleading information in connection with your eligibility may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
To create a Tempo4D account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of the provided details change.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active Tempo4D account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended and any accrued balances — including winnings — may be voided.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Tempo4D will never request your password through any customer-facing channel, including Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email.
You must notify Tempo4D customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Tempo4D shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to maintain adequate security over those credentials.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at any time deemed necessary by Tempo4D for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes, you will be required to complete a KYC identity verification process. This typically involves submitting a copy of your government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Tempo4D reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
Tempo4D accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange — supported banks include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong), Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and member tier. Members should refer to the Deposit section of the Platform for current limits applicable to their account. Tempo4D reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members, friends, or any other party — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically credited to your Tempo4D account instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Tempo4D is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
To be eligible to make a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC identity verification; (b) have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds; (c) not exceed any applicable withdrawal limits; and (d) have your account in good standing with no open disputes or fraud investigations.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal methods may be arranged through customer support, subject to verification requirements.
Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX may take up to 2 hours. Processing times are provided as estimates and Tempo4D does not guarantee specific timeframes. All withdrawal requests are subject to internal security and compliance review prior to release.
Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and may vary by member tier. Gold-tier members benefit from elevated limits and same-day withdrawal guarantees. Please refer to the Withdrawal section of the Platform for current limits applicable to your account tier.
Tempo4D reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or collusion, or where there is reasonable belief that a Member has breached these Terms. In such cases, Tempo4D will notify the Member of the reason for the delay where it is legally permissible to do so.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits made available on the Tempo4D Platform are subject to these general Terms and Conditions, as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established.
Where a bonus is active on your account, you must not place any single bet exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in the applicable promotion terms. Where no specific limit is stated, a default maximum bet of RM250 per bet applies during bonus play. Bets placed in excess of the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Slot games typically contribute 100% toward meeting wagering requirements. Table games (including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette) and live dealer games typically contribute 10% to 20%. Sports betting contributions vary by market and are specified in individual promotion terms. Arcade and fishing games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
All bonuses carry an expiry date by which the applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied. Typical expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus funds and associated wagering requirements will be removed from the account. Expiry terms are specified in each individual promotion.
Tempo4D reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, collusion between multiple accounts, or any other form of fraudulent conduct in connection with promotions.
Tempo4D reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to situations where a bet is placed after an event has commenced (except in designated in-play markets), where there is a manifest error in odds, or where suspicious betting patterns are identified.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly stated odds, game malfunctions, or technical faults — Tempo4D reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amounts to Members' accounts. No compensation beyond the original stake amount will be payable in such circumstances.
All casino games and slots available on the Tempo4D Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by reputable third-party providers. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative theoretical averages over a statistically significant number of rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
Sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other competitions are subject to their own specific rules governing settlement, postponements, abandonment, and in-play conduct. These rules are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Tempo4D Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
Tempo4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its absolute discretion, including without limitation in circumstances where: the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; fraud, collusion, or abuse is suspected; a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; or applicable regulatory or legal obligations require such action.
Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method following satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure are forfeited.
Upon termination of an account — whether by Tempo4D or the Member — the Member's right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 13, and 14) shall continue in full force and effect following any termination.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to: reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; or create derivative works based on Platform content.
Any unauthorised use of Tempo4D intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
The Tempo4D Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, Tempo4D makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tempo4D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not such damages were foreseeable and whether or not Tempo4D was advised of their possibility.
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited on the Platform. Tempo4D does not guarantee any particular outcome or return from any game or bet. You participate in all gambling activities entirely at your own risk.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their formation, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. Tempo4D's customer support team is available 24/7 to assist in resolving account and service-related disputes informally before any formal process is initiated.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent Tempo4D from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief through appropriate legal channels where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
Tempo4D reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Members via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date on which the most recent amendments were published. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
